MICRODOT TECHNOLOGY EXPLAINED
What is Microdot Technology
Microdot technology was first used in World War I and World War II and utilised as a covert means of transferring information. In essence, text is “shrunk” onto a “Micro” Dot (1mm in size) and concealed on a Postage Stamp, a cigarette box or any other item.
The microdot is now a modern-day “crime fighter” in the form of a vehicle security system.
15,000 microdots are applied to a vehicle, using a patented application device. The Microdot PIN is linked in a database to the original vehicle's VIN. The original Chassis number or VIN is easily identified through the Recoveri International Database!

Microdot Administration System
The Recoveri workflow system submits fitment data in real-time and does not rely on Data Synchronisation, which can delay data submissions by as much as a month.
The system is solutions-based, allowing the tailoring of data requirements for Motor Manufacturers and integration into OEM manufacturing and sales systems.
Furthermore, the OEM has secure access to the Recoveri International database to manage their microdot fitments and generate any reports required for day-to-day operations.
